Premium Membership Terms of Purchase & Use

Welcome to the Premium Membership of Bakshi Finance (the "Membership").

The Membership is operated and managed by Bakshi Finance Ltd., Israeli company number 516533163 (the "Company" or "Bakshi Finance").

These Terms govern the conditions of purchase, enrolment, use of Membership content, access to materials, the rights of members, and the limits of use. Registration, purchase, payment, receipt of access, or any use of the Membership content constitute confirmation and full agreement to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, in whole or in part, you may not make a purchase or use the Membership.

1. Nature of the Membership

1.1 The Membership is a digital content and learning framework by Bakshi Finance, intended for study, enrichment and deepening knowledge in capital markets, investments, company analysis, financial thinking, economics and related topics.

1.2 The Membership may include, among other things:

1.3 The Company may update, add, remove, modify or re-organise Membership content, the learning structure, order of materials, list of topics or scope of materials, at its discretion.

2. Target Audience

2.1 The educational content of the Membership is intended for a broad audience interested in deepening knowledge of capital markets, economics and financial thinking, and is not limited to qualified investors only.

2.2 For the avoidance of doubt, registering for the Membership and purchasing access to its content does not grant entitlement to portfolio-management services, personal investment advice, personal accompaniment, or other financial services that require individual tailoring or regulatory classification.

2.3 Such services, to the extent provided by the Company, are provided separately only, subject to review, matching, appropriate documentation and under applicable law.

3. Consideration and Purchase Conditions

3.1 Access to the Membership is granted against a one-time payment of NIS 2,700 plus applicable VAT (equivalent to approximately $900 in USD at prevailing rates).

3.2 This is not an auto-renewing monthly subscription, but a one-time purchase of access rights to the Membership content, in accordance with these Terms and the product page.

3.3 Promotions, benefits, discounts or special terms, if any, will be published on the website, on the product page, or within dedicated Company communications, and will apply in accordance with the terms published at that time.

3.4 The Company may change the Membership price from time to time, but such change will not apply retroactively to anyone who has already purchased access.

4. Scope of Access

4.1 The purchase grants access to the content existing in the Membership as available at the time of purchase, as well as additional content the Company may choose to add in the future — all at the Company's discretion.

4.2 The Company does not commit to a specific scope of content, a fixed number of videos, a specific number of analyses, a specific update frequency, or permanent availability of any particular content.

4.3 The Company may remove, update, modify, replace, or cease making content available to members, temporarily or permanently, at its discretion.

5. Nature of the Content and No Personal Advice

5.1 All content, videos, analyses, explanations, examples, presentations, documents and materials included in the Membership are provided for study, information and enrichment purposes only.

6.2 Access to the Membership may not be transferred to others, and no third party may use the account, username, password or content.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All intellectual-property rights in the Membership and in all content included therein belong exclusively to the Company, unless expressly stated otherwise.

7.2 For the avoidance of doubt, all videos, recordings, analyses, documents, presentations, summaries, texts, instructional materials, design, content structure, trademarks, the name "Bakshi Finance", and any other element of the Membership, constitute the sole property of the Company.

7.3 Any breach of this section will constitute a material breach of these Terms, and the Company will be entitled to take any measures available to it, including blocking access and pursuing legal proceedings.

8. Availability, Outages and Changes

8.1 The Company makes reasonable efforts to provide proper access to the Membership and its content, but does not commit to continuous, complete and fault-free availability.

8.2 From time to time there may be technical faults, disruptions, load issues, server problems, maintenance, changes to third-party platforms or other interruptions that affect access to content.

8.3 The Company shall not be liable for any damage, inconvenience, temporary loss of access or disruption caused by technical faults, maintenance work or system changes.

12.2 Information collected during registration, payment, system access, inquiries to the Company and use of content will be handled in accordance with the site's Privacy Policy and the Company's practices.

12.3 The member confirms that the Company may send communications related to the purchase, access to content, service updates, professional content, and marketing messages, subject to applicable law and to the right to unsubscribe from marketing communications.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel only. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Membership, the purchase, the use of its content or these Terms lies with the competent courts in Tel Aviv.

These Terms enter into force upon the earlier of the purchase date or the start of use of the Membership, and shall apply for as long as the member has access to the content, and thereafter with respect to provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, privacy, and the Company's rights.
